- Your dedicated virtual assistant will be available five days a week during your business hours. However, our services operate 24/7, excluding national holidays. Urgent tasks that require weekend assistance can be accommodated at a premium charge of 1.5 times the standard hourly rate of your chosen plan.
- The pricing structure applies to virtual assistants with general administrative skills. Tasks requiring specialized expertise, such as those mentioned earlier, will be handled by our expert teams at an additional premium cost.
- Any usage exceeding the allocated hours in your monthly plan will incur additional charges, calculated based on the hourly rate applicable to your selected plan.
- Plan upgrades or downgrades require a 30-day notice period to allow for resource reallocation.
Rollover Policy
Our PLUS plans offer the benefit of Rollover Time, which includes:
- Unused hours from your monthly plan automatically carrying over to the next month.
- A maximum of 20% of your assigned monthly hours can be rolled over. For example, a Plus 40 plan allows up to 8 hours to be carried forward.
- If you switch between PLUS plans, any accumulated rollover time exceeding the new plan’s maximum allowance will expire.
- In case of plan cancellation, any unused rollover hours will be forfeited.
- Rollover Time cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or transferred to another account.
Special Terms for PAYG Plan
Specific terms for the PAYG (Pay As You Go) plan include:
- PAYG clients are subject to a standard monthly account maintenance fee of $8, regardless of service usage.
- Any hours utilized will be billed at the standard hourly rate applicable to the PAYG plan
